Cinnamon Muffins

These muffins are light and cinnamon-y, with a little crunch on the top. They are great for a little snack or as a mild dessert 🙂

The batter is a simple, regular one with the addition of some cinnamon to spice it up 🙂

And for that little extra crunch and flavour, make some cinnamon sugar and sprinkle it over the top of each muffin.

These muffins have lovely texture and are a great way to explore the world of delicious yet mildly sweet desserts 🙂
