Strawberries are my favourite fruit so besides devouring many boxes of them and using them in bakes, how could I not also make a salad with them? Of course, with my favourite cheese, feta 🙂

This is a true throwback to our childhood! The local bakeries and small stores sold a variety of biscuits and cakes, which was what we had access to when we were kids. There were no fancy cakes and pastries for a long time and we loved these little treats we got every now and then.
Jam cookies, simple pound cakes, atta biscuits, coconut biscuits and these jeera biscuits were our favourites.

In my quest to learn more about dough and try to conquer my fears, I find myself constantly going back to galettes. They are easier versions of pies, equally delicious and a good way to get started on the dough journey.

It is the season for those lovely red carrots! Which means lots of carrot desserts 🙂 I usually end up baking a classic carrot cake or simple carrot muffins, but this time I decided to switch things up by trying a gluten free version, loaded with walnuts and chocolate chips. And oh my god! It is so good!
